Restaurant Policies

We enforce the following rules and policies to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests. Please note that this page is updated regularly, as we continually improve our services, and subject to change at any time.

Reservations & Seating

  • 15-minute reservation grace period. Late arrivals will be waitlisted or cancelled.

  • All guests must be present and in the restaurant to be seated.

  • $15 charge for guests not ordering hibachi entrees or for guests splitting entrees.

  • Due to the permanent layout of our teppanyaki tables, reservations cannot be modified.

  • An increase in your party size may push back or delay your reservation time.

  • No table joining, splitting checks, or exceeding 2 credit cards per group.

  • 24-hour cancellation required. Parties of 10+ are subject to a $150 cancellation fee for no-shows or late cancellations.

  • An automatic 18% service charge will be added to parties of five (5) or more.

What's Not Allowed

  • Outside food and drinks

  • Disrespect. Disrespectful activity includes but not limited to: being intoxicated, being under the influence of drugs, aggressive behavior to staff and other guests.

Additional Policies

  • Corkage fee: $25 per 750ml wine bottle

  • Cake Cutting or Outside Dessert Fee of $25

  • Credit card hold for 7 or more

Free Birthday Discount

  • For the full birthday discount (valued at $35), you must: (1) present a valid ID, and within one week of birthdate (2) have a party of four or more guests. This is applied to all ages.

  • For parties of 3 or less, please join our Rewards Club for discounts.

  • Birthday discounts cannot be redeemed with any other offers, and cannot be combined with our Rewards Program.
